Have reliable vendor list for routine and emergency repairs and maintenance. For example: Had water heater burst 5:30 pm Friday evening- neighbor
Reported problem at 5:35, had vendor in place preserving property by 6:30 pm. Result was minimal repairs, property preserved.

Have expansion capabilities of doubling in 2009 in place, financially and with experienced associates able to be in place immediately as needed.

My team is committed to high standards and have years of experience. My office is also committed to supporting me on a day to day basis. We have an in house loan officer that perfectly complements any reo program.

In 2009, from what the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac economists have been predicting at the conferences I attended in 2008, foreclosures are expected to double and even triple in Florida and California. Many new programs are being implemented and experience in the market will be key to making sure the excessive inventory is handled.
